I truly believe that the decisions we make daily and the commitments we make either help us or hurt us. No matter what it is, big or small, every action has an impact on our lives and our way of thinking. What We Can Learn From Olympians
With the 2018 Olympics underway, I have become fascinated with the athletes. They are all incredibly talented physically but what intrigues me most is their mindset. What are they thinking about before, during, and after competition? What are they doing that makes them successful? How do they pull off such incredible feats under the greatest pressure in any competition? Being an athlete and talking to others, I know that we all feel pressure. We all get nervous when it comes


Are you Growing or Maintaining?
This week I am talking about change! How will we ever improve if we continue our same habits and our same thoughts? Without even knowing it we can creep into comfortable habits that are holding us back instead of pushing us forward. Just because its comfortable doesn't means its right! What if we just did the exact same workout every time we hit the gym because thats whats comfortable? Our body would never grow and develop, we would just maintain. So, are you growing or maint
